We are here to help
We collaborate with you to provide meaningful child, youth, individual, and family-based counselling.
Life brings many stressors that can impact the quality of our most significant relationships.
Whether you are struggling to support a loved one with mental health difficulties, or you are working through your own personal challenges, we provide a caring and compassionate space where you can better understand what is getting in the way of living a full and meaningful life. We believe in the healing and transformative power of therapy. Together we will explore the patterns that keep you or your loved one stuck in unhelpful ways of relating and empower you with the skills and knowledge needed to strengthen the relationships that are most important to you.
Our team of therapists have years of experience supporting individuals and families in various professional contexts, and are able to provide in-person and virtual counselling sessions
Our therapists live and practice on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Huron-Wendat, and Petun peoples near the reserve communities of Six Nations of the Grand River and Mississaugas of New Credit. The land is governed by the Dish with One Spoon Agreement and in our practice we consistently strive to grow in respect and relationship with the land and all of its inhabitants.
We do not provide emergency services. Please visit our resources page for information on where to reach out for support.
